I spotted the above Little Sycamore Vessel by Greg Gallegos over at Cup of Jo. I love the unnatural form contrasted with the natural material. The vase is carried by Magpie and Rye, a little shop with a small selection of beautiful objects. The Fragment Light fixture is by Anzfer Farms.
I like both these pieces for different reasons. The little vase is simply well done, and shows the beauty of the grain, and the wild piece is, well, wild. It would be cool if the lamp was hollow with the bulb recesses so that a little light would shine through the sides of the recess.
