BKLYN Designs - Palo Samko

Last, and hands down my favorite booth at BKLYN Designs, is furniture designer Palo Samko. What has always stood out about his work are his playful details and amazing craftsmanship. Everything about the table above was intricately detailed, with a compass at the center of the table, and an N W E S inlaid into the table with tiny clock gears. He also embedded wooden square cross sections into the planks of the table top.

Also on display was a Dali-inspired clock and an awesome blimp/ark sculpture that Palo built out of a hodge-podge of children's toys and other found objects. Love.
