Solenne Morigeaud - Time Will Tell



So pretty! Solenne Morigeaud's "Time Will Tell" installation at the Salone internazionale del Mobile 2011. Spiderweb doilies - I love!
"Time Will Tell" is a collection of products for the home investigating the effects of time on our possessions. How does a product change over time? What remain of a product after it is being left for a few decades? The textile takes possession of the furniture, becomes part of it. It leaves an imprint, like fossils. "Time Will Tell" invites us to focus on the lifespan of our products.
