Audio Technica (in Japan) makes these nice faceted AT-SPF30 Bijoué portable speakers. More likely to be seen as a jewelry box than a piece of technology, the speaker blends into a desk much better than something with blinking lights and knobs all over it. I just wish they came in more colors.
