Eric Ku - Chair/Chair



While I'm not crazy about the aesthetics of the final product (which isn't the point of the project anyway), I like the exploration that Eric Ku undertook with CHAIR/CHAIR. Eric uses the letters that make up the word "CHAIR" to create the chair itself. The project was inspired by Joseph Kosuth's One and Three Chair (see below), a conceptual piece consisting of a chair, a photograph of the chair, and an dictionary definition of the word "chair".
