Jonathan Chadwick

The Factual Pub Company by Jonathan Chadwick is a series of mythologies depicting the naming origins of Britain's famous pubs: The Marquis of Granby, The Cock, and The Cat and Fiddle. I appreciate the woodcut-esque style, achieved with a scratchboard combined with some photoshop compositing. Keep up with Jonathan on his blog.
